At Furnish Meister, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your home furnishing purchases. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can take advantage of our 14-day return policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may initiate a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Log in to your Furnish Meister account and visit the “Order History” section.
  • Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
  • Follow the instructions provided to initiate the return request.

Return Shipping:

  • Furnish Meister will provide you with a return shipping label if the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
  • If the return is for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide photos and details of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process.

Cancellations:

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has not already been shipped.

  • Please ensure that all returns are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy may be subject to a restocking fee.
