We also reproduce these products in our own warehouses, which allows us to maintain tight control over quality and costs.
The delivery time for your order will depend on the product you have ordered and your location. Our order processing time is within 48 hours (except weekends and public holidays). For most products, delivery will take between 2-3 business days within United Kingdom. However, to deliver across mainland Europe, delivery may take up to 3-5 business days. Faster deliveries are possible on request.
Yes, we deliver to all European countries. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days after processing.
We do not have a showroom at this time. We are a 100% online store, which allows us to keep our prices low. However, we are always happy to send out product samples so that you can see and feel the quality of our furniture before you buy.
We take great pride in the quality of our products. All of our furniture is made to a high standard and is manufactured to meet European safety requirements. We also take great care in packaging our products to ensure they are not damaged during Transit.

You have 14 days to return your purchase in its original packaging and without any damage. You may exchange the order for another item, or receive a full refund. Please note that you will have to bear extra shipping costs for such a request.
Yes, The invoice will be sent to you by email within 48 hours of your order being shipped. The invoice will include all of the relevant information, such as your name, address, the amount of VAT charged and the date of the transaction etc.
Yes, we deliver almost worldwide. However, our website might be unable to handle these transactions as shipping rates will need to be calculated manually. In case of such a situation, please instead contact customer care services who will be happy to assist you with your order.
