Shipping Periods
We aim to process all orders within 48 business hours unless the product page says otherwise. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. We recommend you to provide contact number during checkout to make delivery process smooth and get delivery updates directly from shipping companies.
We partner with trusted shipping providers around the world to deliver your order at your door step with ease, usually within 2-7 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
(PS: shipping time varies depending which part of the world order is being delivered).
- For United Kingdom shipping time is 2-3 business days*
- For most European countries shipping period is between 3-5 business days*
- For all other countries please contact customer service for approximate shipping times.
In case, you haven’t received your goods after passing of 7 working days since dispatch date, please contact us to get an update.
What should I do if the order arrives Damaged?
Before we dispatch your order, our quality team carefully checks your items to make sure it meets our quality standards. In case, if a product still arrives damaged due to any unforeseen reason, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving it and (if possible) attach photographs explaining what’s exactly wrong. Our team will look into your complaint and will advice the best possible solution given the circumstances. Which might include but not limited to recalling those items back to our warehouse, asking you to send them back to us, offering you a full-refund, fixing the issue, or might just send you a new product (subject to availability). Please be assured that our team will try their best to serve you better.
What if a part of my order is missing?
In a rare case, if an item is missing from your order or an assembly part of a product is missing, please let us know within 48 hours so we can swiftly solve the issue.
Can I cancel my Order?
If you change your mind, which we hope won’t happen, you can cancel your order at any time before it leaves our warehouse. Just let us know, and we’ll cancel your order and refund your money in full.Â
However, if an item has already been sent to you, you still have 14 days to cancel your sale. But in that case, you will have to bear the shipping cost. (Please visit our returns & refunds page for more information).
